Mouse Bites Dog.

Seattle design studio Modern Dog filed a complaint against Disney and others for infringing drawings from its book, “Modern Dog:  20 Years of Poster Art.” Disney’s infringement took the form of a T-shirt made to promote Ashley Tisdale’s High School Musical spinoff, Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure.

Which is amusing, since Disney is notoriously belligerent in protecting its own copyrights.

This case is Modern Dog Design v. Target Corporation, et al., No. 11-1816 TSZ, Western District of Washington, Seattle.

Now it’s time to say good-bye to our company,  M-I-C…
See you real soon.
K-E-Y…
Why? Because we sued you!
M-O-U-S-E!
